GenXtropin Counterfeit Alerts

Counterfeit growth hormone products are a serious problem in the UK market. This page documents every known fake GenXtropin product we have identified. Always verify your product before use and only purchase from the official GenXtropin store.

Why do GenXtropin counterfeits exist?

GenXtropin has become one of the most recognised HGH brands in the UK. As demand has grown, counterfeit manufacturers have created copycat products designed to look like GenXtropin. These fakes use similar names, similar packaging, and similar branding to trick buyers into thinking they are purchasing a genuine product. They are not. Counterfeit HGH is typically cheap imported generic powder relabelled to look like an established brand. There is no way to know what is actually inside a counterfeit vial.

How to Identify Genuine GenXtropin

Before checking for counterfeits, know what the real product looks like. Every genuine GenXtropin kit has the following features.

GX Logo

The genuine product displays the GX logo with a green X. Counterfeits often use altered logos such as GA, GS, or G1.

Security Sticker

A scratch-off security sticker with a unique one-time code is present on every genuine kit. If there is no sticker, it is not genuine.

Correct Spelling

The genuine product is spelled GENX-TROPIN or GenXtropin. Any variation such as GENA-TROPIN, GENS-TROPIN, or GEN1-TROPIN is a counterfeit.

Packaging Quality

Genuine GenXtropin uses high-quality printed packaging with a metallic silver and black finish. Counterfeits typically have lower print quality, blurry text, or colour differences.

Green Vial Caps

Genuine GenXtropin vials have green aluminium caps. Different cap colours or plastic flip-off caps are a sign of a counterfeit product.

Verifiable Code

The security code must verify successfully on our verification page. If the code fails or has already been used, the product should not be trusted.

Known Counterfeit Products

The following products have been identified as counterfeits. They are not manufactured by GenXtropin, are not affiliated with the GENX brand, and should not be used.

Fake GEN1TROPIN counterfeit product packaging

GEN1TROPIN

CONFIRMED FAKE

GEN1TROPIN is the most recent counterfeit to appear on the UK market. It replaces the X in GenXtropin with the number 1 and uses a modified version of the GX logo. This product uses cheap imported generic HGH and has been accompanied by faked lab results claiming it is the latest version of GenXtropin.

How to spot it: Look at the product name closely. The letter X has been replaced with the number 1. The logo uses G1 instead of GX. The packaging quality is noticeably lower than genuine GenXtropin.

Status: This product is not associated with GenXtropin and is not a replacement or updated version. It is a counterfeit.

Fake GENS-TROPIN counterfeit product packaging

GENS-TROPIN

CONFIRMED FAKE

GENS-TROPIN appeared on the UK market in mid-2023. It replaces the X with the letter S and uses a GS logo instead of GX. This product is marketed as a rebranded version of GenXtropin, which is false. It is simply relabelled generic HGH sold under a name designed to deceive customers.

How to spot it: The product name reads GENS-TROPIN instead of GENX-TROPIN. The logo shows GS rather than GX. There is no valid security sticker that verifies on the GenXtropin website.

Status: This product is not associated with GenXtropin. It is a counterfeit using a similar name to mislead buyers.

Fake GENATROPIN counterfeit product packaging

GENATROPIN

CONFIRMED FAKE

GENATROPIN replaces the X with the letter A and uses a GA logo. Like the other counterfeits, this product uses cheap imported generic HGH from China, relabelled with packaging designed to resemble GenXtropin. It has been accompanied by faked lab results claiming high purity.

How to spot it: The product name reads GENA-TROPIN instead of GENX-TROPIN. The logo shows GA instead of GX. The box design mimics GenXtropin but uses different colours and lower quality printing.

Status: This product is not associated with GenXtropin. It is a counterfeit using cheap generic HGH.

What Should I Do If I Have a Counterfeit?

1

Do not use the product. There is no way to verify what is inside a counterfeit vial. Using unverified substances carries serious health risks.

2

Contact the seller. If you purchased a product believing it was GenXtropin and received a counterfeit, raise the issue with your supplier immediately.

3

Report it to us. We track all counterfeit activity to protect our customers. Send photos of the product and packaging to help us identify new fakes.

4

Buy from verified sources only. Purchasing directly from the official GenXtropin website is the safest way to ensure you receive a genuine product.

Protect Yourself: Quick Checklist

Only purchase GenXtropin from the official website or verified suppliers you trust.

Always check the spelling on the packaging. The genuine product reads GENX-TROPIN, not GENA, GENS, or GEN1.

Verify your security code before use. If it fails or has already been checked, do not use the product.

Be wary of prices significantly below market rate. Counterfeit products are almost always sold cheaper to attract buyers.

If a seller claims their product is a "new version" or "rebranded" GenXtropin, it is not. All genuine products carry the original GENX-TROPIN branding.

If you spot a new counterfeit product not listed on this page, contact us so we can investigate and warn other customers.
